My last meal was on sunday, September 13th around 3pm or so.
Monday
I woke up at around 6am and I used the toilet.
First day was not easy for me because I already had what I was going to eat prepared. It was hard for me to concentrate thinking of the food.
My fast was extended, I added additional 3hrs, so that I can just have dinner (originally I was supposed to break the fast at 3pm, seeing that I my last meal on Sunday was at 3pm). I like breaking my fast at dinner time, to avoid the temptation of eating twice(its not easy skipping dinner).
I got to eat at around 6:15pm and I pretty much drank water for the rest of the evening.
Thats it for day one. Currently on day 2.
